Location: The Learning Experience – Lake Linganore / Frederick, MD

Pay: $17–$19 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Be part of something exciting! The Learning Experience is opening a brand-new early childhood education center in Lake Linganore, and we're looking for passionate educators to help build our school from the very beginning.

As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to shape classroom culture, build lasting relationships with families, and create engaging learning experiences that inspire young children every day.

• Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance
• Collaborate with a brand-new leadership team as we grow together

• Preschool qualified under Maryland childcare regulations
• Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping young children learn and grow
