The Learning Experience
- Lake Linganore is building our teaching team for our brand-new early learning center. We are hiring Child Care Teachers across multiple age groups, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and School Age classrooms.

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Engage children through art, music, movement, literacy, sensory play, STEM, and hands-on exploration
• Support cognitive, physical, language, and social-emotional development
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Follow Maryland Office of Child Care licensing, health, and safety requirements

• Must meet Maryland Office of Child Care requirements to serve as a Child Care Teacher for at least one age group
• Infant/Toddler candidates must have the required approved early childhood coursework plus 45-hour Infant/Toddler training or another OCC-approved qualifying pathway
• Preschool candidates must meet Maryland's approved early childhood coursework requirements for a Preschool Child Care Teacher
• School Age candidates must meet applicable Maryland School Age Child Care Teacher qualification requirements
• Previous professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education experience preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Dependable, nurturing, energetic, and team-oriented
