ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Tools Integration Specialist to join a small, agile cybersecurity team. This role is responsible for the deployment, integration, maintenance, and optimization of security tools that support continuous monitoring and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is technically strong, self‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

The annual base salary range for this role is $187,000-$221,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

• Pay: 4 weeks of annual leave plus 11 holidays and an additional day of annual leave for each year you’re at the company. Option to cash out leave hours, opt out of other benefits, arrange additional hours on contract (over 40 hrs/week). Earn 1.3× your hourly rate when you work over 1,880 hours on contract.
• Leave:
  Buy additional annual leave to a total of 6 weeks (240 hours) plus 11 holidays plus paid anniversary leave.
• Schedule:
  
  Flex to 30‑32 hour week while retaining Nyla benefits.
