Youwillplayakeyroleinthedesignanddevelopmentofgatewayterminalsanddeployableflyawaysystemsoperatingacross
X,Ku,Ka,andQ/Vbands.
Thepositionoffersexposuretocutting-edgeantennareflectortechnologyandtheopportunitytocontributetofutureprogrammes,includingdefence-related systems.
Asa Senior Antenna Design Engineer ,youwilltakeownershipof
RFandantennasubsystemdesign,workingcloselywithmultidisciplinaryengineeringteamstodeliverhigh-performance,production-readysolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- DefineRFandantennadesignspecificationsbasedonsystemrequirementsandperformancetargets
- Designanddevelop
RF/antennasubsystems,includingantennareflectors - Performelectromagneticsimulationandanalysisusingindustry-standardtools(e.g.CST,HFSS,CHAMP)
- Buildandevaluateprototypes,optimizingperformanceagainstspecifications
- Carryout
RFmeasurementsandverificationusingequipmentsuchas
VNAs,spectrumanalyzers,andsignalgenerators - Supportmanufacturingwithantennaperformanceverificationandtroubleshooting
- Collaboratewithinternalteamsandexternalpartnersthroughoutdevelopment
- Providetechnicalsupportforfieldissuesandattendcustomersiteswhenrequired
- Bachelor’sdegreewith5+years’relevant experience,or Master’sdegreewith3+years’experience
- Strongbackgroundin
RF,microwave,andantennaengineering - Provenexperiencedesigning
RF/antennasolutionsfromrequirementsthroughtovalidation - Hands-onexperiencewithelectromagneticsimulationtools(e.g.HFSS,CST)
- PracticalexperienceusingRFtestandmeasurementequipment
- Abilitytoworkcross-functionallyandresolvecomplextechnicalchallenges
- Strongdocumentationandreportingskills
- WorkonadvancedsatellitecommunicationsystemsattheforefrontofRFtechnology
- Influenceproductsfromearlydesignthroughtoproduction
- Collaboratewithexperiencedengineersinahighlytechnical
