We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their rapidly growing team!
DescriptionSystems Engineer Level 2 is a mid‑level role responsible for supporting the design, integration, analysis, and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure. Candidates typically have hands‑on experience with systems engineering processes, requirements development, and technical problem‑solving, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to reliable, mission‑focused solutions across the system lifecycle.
RequiredSkills
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
- Agile framework experience (Scrum, etc.)
- Proficiency with Cameo/Magic Draw, Rhapsody, or similar SysML tools
- INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- BS Degree + 14 years experience

The projected compensation range for this position is $175K - $250K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, we invest in our employees beyond just compensation.
