Systems Engineer ; AWF

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

• High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.

• Strong experience in coordinating scheduled-driven, project-level activities across multiple participants (e.g. roles such as Project Director, Program Manager, Test Lead).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to accurately synthesize and summarize complex technical information for a diverse audience.
• Experience in working across multiple stakeholders such as government teams, industry vendors, and internal stakeholders; comfortable with escalating to Government Leads.
• Proficiency with supporting requirements validation activities.
• Proficiency with tracking schedules and anticipating logistical challenges.
• Proficiency with tool usage of ticketing systems, collaboration platforms, and dashboard tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend prioritization of test activities.
