TARCES Electrical Engineering Technologist
The role supports the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5
ISR) Edge Systems (TARCES) across commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The TARCES contract is managed by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF). The primary responsibilities include:
- Apply electrical and electronic engineering principles to support C5
ISR systems development, integration, assessment, and sustainment. - Support concept development, system modernization, refurbishment, testing, and verification activities.
- Develop and implement engineering, technical, and maintenance solutions in accordance with customer requirements and standards.
- Analyze technical data and provide recommendations to support system performance and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver technical training materials, presentations, and instructional content for formal and informal training environments.
- Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams to support mission and program objectives.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active Secret/clearance required.

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- or Associate degree in electrical engineering or a related field with 4+ years of related experience.
- or High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
