Skills Desired:

Knowledge of monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Autosys, Control M, Knowledge of batch job monitoring, Proficiency in ITSM tools like SNOW, knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Request management), Understanding and maintaining SLA's, Vendor & Stakeholder management, knowledge of FTP concepts, knowledge of Storage/backups
1. Excellent working knowledge on batch job scheduling

2. Excellent working knowledge on monitoring tools

3. Excellent working knowledge on FTP

4. Excellent working knowledge on ITSM tools like SNOW/Heat

6. Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

7. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

8. Customer Oriented and Problem-Solving attitude

9. Ability to organize and prioritize diverse workload under pressure

10.Flexibility in working hours

Overseeing and maintaining all aspects of a company's computer infrastructure, including networks & servers. Identifying and solving technical issues as they arise. Able to work on batch job management tools. Providing timely solutions to escalated incidents and service requests. Identify trends; recommend and implement improvements to reduce volume. Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for the daily maintenance of applications and underlying systems.

Understanding of FTP concepts. Monitor servers, applications and FTP accounts. Troubleshoot any batch jobs & FTP related issues & participate in P1/P2 Major incidents. Work experience on Solarwinds/Data Dog Monitoring tool.
