Position OverviewWe are seeking a Product Architect (SE3) with active TS/SCI and polygraph clearance to support a high‑profile government program focused on advanced cloud, HPC, and enterprise architecture solutions. The role requires a strong background in systems engineering and technical leadership.
Responsibilities- Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high‑level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Analyze system requirements, lead design and development activities, and guide users in formulating alternative approaches and conducting feasibility studies.
- Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, incorporating new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
- Develop system architecture and design documentation, and guide development and implementation planning through system engineering management plans, integration, and test plans.
- Interact with the Government on systems engineering technical considerations and resolve issues or conflicts.
- Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area.
- Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 12 years of general systems engineering experience; OR Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with 7 years of experience; OR Master's with 5 years; OR PhD with 3 years.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, maintained within the last 5 years.
- Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and technical leadership for complex missions.
Proposed salary range for Maryland: $150,000 (final salary determined based on factors). Benefits include healthcare, retirement plan, paid disability and life insurance, employee assistance, paid and unpaid leave, education assistance, and wellness initiatives.
