Systems Engineer, Lead
We are looking for a Systems Engineer, Lead who combines technical skills with big-picture thinking to make an impact on national security. The candidate will understand the customer’s environment and develop the right systems for their mission. They will translate real-world needs into technical specifications and deliver customer-focused engineering solutions. The customer will trust you to design, develop, and evolve systems with advanced technology solutions.
Qualifications- Experience as a network engineer
- Experience with switches, including Arista switches
- Knowledge of processing traffic
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, CS, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or Engineering Management AND 20+ years of experience as a systems engineer, OR 25+ years of experience as a systems engineer in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of field sites
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation range: $ to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model- Remote:
May require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility. - Hybrid:
Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently and may need to visit a customer facility. - Onsite:
Primarily work at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
