** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Lead all aspects of Slot Operations during your assigned shift, ensuring a seamless, high-energy gaming experience
* Inspire, engage, and develop your team—building a positive culture that attracts and retains top performers
* Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM’s S.H.O.W. service standards
* Oversee daily operations, staffing levels, and guest experience metrics to drive performance and satisfaction
* Mentor assistant managers and team members to support growth and career development
* Analyze business needs and make real-time operational decisions on the gaming floor
* Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently
* Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
* Safeguard company assets, including equipment, keys, and sensitive materials
* Lead training initiatives and ensure consistent execution of company programs
* Partner with leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies as needed
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be at least 21 years of age
* 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Slot operations or equivalent management experience

** The pay range for this role is:$88,600.00 - $This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
