Party Host - Cast Member

Job Description

Party Hosts prepare the party area by setting up tables, taking orders, and ensuring that birthday children have a blast while providing excellent customer service.

Hourly rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Commission potential:

• Exempt: $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold, $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold (paid bi‑weekly).
• Non‑Exempt: $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold, $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold (paid bi‑weekly).

• Be at least 15 years of age.
• Available to work various shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.

• Lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift.
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers. Work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
