Mortgage Loan Officer Client Devoted. Community Focused. Excellence Driven

We are looking to expand our team by adding a Mortgage Loan Officer! In this role, you will generate mortgage loans in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations, cross-sell bank products and services. You will conduct loan interviews with existing and prospective customers, counsel them on loan requirements and bank lending policies, and communicate the process and credit decisions to applicants.

You will give instructions for the preparation of necessary loan documentation and review documentation for compliance with terms of approval and legal sufficiency.

• Requires 1 – 5 years of experience in direct lending
• Must qualify for NMLS registration
