Highly successful Independent Wealth Management Firm seeks an Associate Financial Planner to support Lead Advisor in providing high-touch client service, comprehensive financial planning, and investment advisory services to ultra high net worth clientele.

The Firm offers comprehensive investment management and financial planning for ultra high net worth clientele and fosters a collegial culture of continuous learning and growth.
Not a sales role. No portable book of business required.

• Work closely with Lead Advisor in a high-level, supportive financial planning role that blends strategic planning work with client-facing opportunities
• Participate in plan development and help present planning recommendations to clients; some responsibilities will also include client onboarding, coordinating financial paperwork, and handling ongoing service needs in collaboration with the team

• Competitive compensation package ($135,000 – $145,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $27,000 – $29,000, and excellent benefits).

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5+ years UHNW Wealth Management client-facing experience
• Drive to continuously improve and grow in a collaborative team based environment
• Ability to contribute at both strategic and execution levels, including planning support, client communications, and operational follow-through
