Responsibilities
- Supports customers’ loan servicing needs and contributes to the development and improvement of all processes
- Responds to inquiries relating to particular area or requests from customers and other Bank personnel
- Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
- Performs loan maintenance, code corrections and/or changes, reversals and reapplication of payments
- Complies with dual control standards as required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years loan servicing experience or 3 years of operations related experience required
- Banking, accounting or finance experience required
- Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite
- Detail oriented and quality focused
- Familiar with loan documents
Demonstrates expertise in loan servicing processes, compliance with banking regulations, and effective customer support. Proficient in maintaining loan documentation and performing necessary corrections while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
