Position: Proposal Manager(Government Proposal &Telecom)

We are seeking an experienced Government Proposal Writer / Proposal Manager with a proven track record of developing winning proposals for government agencies, preferably at the federal level.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience writing and managing proposals for government (preferably Federal) agencies.
  • Strong proposal, technical, and business writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex RFPs and develop compliant, persuasive responses.
  • Experience preparing RFIs, RFQs, bids, and proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and produce clear, concise proposal documents.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical writing experience.
  • Knowledge of wireless products and services.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Legal or contracts experience.
  • Experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process.
  • Review government RFPs and ensure compliance with all technical and administrative requirements.
  • Develop compelling proposal responses aligned with evaluation criteria.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to gather content.
  • Communicate with Contracting Officers regarding clarifications and post-submission questions.
  • Review award documents and identify contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal acquisition regulations.
