The Temple Frederick, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, is seeking a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor (Learning Leader) to join our team! We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, strong technical skills, and a passion for inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals.

Cosmetology Instructors (Learning Leaders) play a vital role in the success of our future professionals. Responsibilities may include:

Qualified candidates must hold a current Cosmetology or Barbering License in the state of Maryland and have previous experience working behind the chair in a salon or barbershop environment. Ideal applicants are passionate about education, mentoring, and helping others succeed. Strong technical abilities in cutting, color, texture, sanitation, and industry best practices are essential. Candidates should also be comfortable utilizing technology as part of the learning experience and possess strong communication skills, including the ability to confidently lead classroom instruction and engage groups of students.
