Pathways For Change is a highly specialized pediatric group practice dedicated exclusively to serving children, adolescents, and families. We are expanding into Frederick and are seeking exceptional clinicians who are passionate about working with youth and committed to clinical excellence.
This is an opportunity to join a respected, established practice that provides strong administrative support, excellent compensation, and advanced clinical training opportunities.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children and adolescents
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 20–28 clients per week
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and other professionals when clinically appropriate
- Provide ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care
- Active Maryland license as one of the following:
- LCPC
- LGPC
- LCMFT
- LCMFT-A
- Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- Strong interest in working with children and adolescents
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
LGPC and LCMFT-A applicants are welcome. Clinical supervision is available.
