This is a full-time, on-site role based in MD, for a Direct Support Professional. The role involves assisting individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering community integration. Responsibilities include implementing person-centered plans, providing support during activities, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress and services. The role also entails effective communication and collaboration with individuals, their families, and other team members.

• Experience in Human Services and working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, including active listening and empathy
• Familiarity with implementing Training and development plans
• Commitment to promoting independence and inclusion among individuals with developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certifications or training in relevant fields is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (preferred)
