The details

The responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual interventions, and functional mobility training
  • Track and document patient progress following clinic and regulatory guidelines
  • Support a patient centered, evidence-based care environment
  • Adapt quickly to different clinic teams, caseload types, and scheduling systems
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
  • Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
The requirements
  • Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
  • Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • One (1) year of outpatient experience
  • One (1) year of orthopedic and manual therapy experience or strong manual clinicals
