What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up on time for every scheduled shift
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (must list you as a covered driver)
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- Current TB screening (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused attitude
- CNA, GNA, or CMT certification
- Experience documenting care notes using a mobile app or electronic documentation system
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders (CMTsmay administer medications as assigned)
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition
- Accurately document care provided during each visit
- Transport clients to appointments and errands when required
