Position Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide Location: Frederick, MD, Virginia and surrounding areas Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide high-quality, in-home care to our clients. The caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Remind clients to take medications
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Health screening and TB test
- Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available
