• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Stay current with best practices and regulations in social work and healthcare.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
