Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

An established skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead its team and oversee day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong experience in long-term care operations, regulatory compliance, team development, and resident satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator who can build a strong culture while maintaining high standards of care and operational performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility

  • Provide leadership and support to department heads and facility staff

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Maintain a strong focus on quality of care and resident satisfaction

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and accountability

  • Oversee census development, financial performance, and operational goals

  • Partner with clinical leadership to maintain strong clinical and regulatory outcomes

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners

Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

  • Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator strongly preferred

  • Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of CMS regulations and state-specific long-term care requirements

  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
