CLUBHOUSE SERVICES ASSISTANT
Baltimore County Club's Clubhouse Services Assistant supports the daily operation of all clubhouse service areas to ensure the wants and needs of members and guests are consistently exceeded. Responsibilities include coordinating Housekeeping, Laundry, Locker Rooms & Barber Shop, Valet & Transportation, and Welcome House by supporting staffing, service execution, administrative tasks, inventory control and quality standards. The role works closely with the Clubhouse Operations Manager and department leaders to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional member service.
Ideal candidate will have strong service instincts and 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, clubhouse operations, and/or facilities. A working knowledge of clubhouse support services and the ability to build a high-performing team is a plus.
