About the RoleGreen Key Resources is seeking a Professional Services Recruiter to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in full life cycle recruitment within an agency setting, with a strong focus on building lasting client and candidate relationships.
Recruiting Focus Areas- Accounting & Finance
- Professional Services (HR, Administrative, Call Center)
- Legal
- Marketing
- Entry-level IT (Helpdesk)
- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience in the above focus areas
- Proven success in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Open to a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office)
- Based in the DMV region
, with preference for candidates in: - Montgomery County
- Carroll County
- Work with a collaborative, high-energy team
