Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division. This role focuses on connecting talented professionals with opportunities in areas such as executive assistance, human resources, marketing, and legal support. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, experienced in professional services recruitment, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for professional services roles including HR, marketing, and executive support positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates across various career stages and industries.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
• Analyze resumes to match specialized skills and qualifications with client needs.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring goals and align recruitment strategies.
• Leverage data insights to refine recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
• Participate in professional development initiatives to enhance recruiting expertise.

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3 years preferred.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build candidate relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of professional services industry trends and roles.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve recruitment goals and contribute to team success.
