Overview

Manual Tester - CSI (Logi Cole). Ellumen is seeking a skilled Manual Tester with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will own the testing tasks within their assigned scrum team, create and execute comprehensive test cases, participate in daily scrum meetings, and ensure thorough test coverage across multiple browsers and platforms. Experience with tools such as ALM, Jira, Confluence, and database testing, as well as expertise in 508 compliance testing, is required.

• Own and manage testing tasks within an Agile scrum team.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Create detailed, well-structured test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform peer reviews of test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Execute functional, regression, and browser compatibility testing across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and perform 508 testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Report, track, and manage defects using Jira.
• Maintain test documentation in Confluence.
• Use tools like Robo3T and DBeaver for database testing and validation with Mongo

  SQL.
• Support and perform database testing including writing and executing queries.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain test plans in ALM.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements within the testing process.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing.

• 5+ years of experience as a Manual Tester in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ALM.
• Proficient in 508 compliance testing and accessibility guidelines.
• Database testing experience using Mongo
  
  DB, Postgre
  
  SQL, and tools like Robo3T and DBeaver.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser testing practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) are highly preferred.

• Familiarity with API testing and test automation (optional).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
