ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include designing business processes, capturing technical requirements, and defining user stories.
Requirements- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis or process engineering
- Experience in mapping and documenting current business processes (As-Is) and designing future states (To-Be)
- Minimum of one year of experience in Service Now platform delivery
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements within a Service Now environment, capture technical specifications, and define actionable user stories, use cases, test plans, and scripts
- Established track record of collaborating with project stakeholders and development teams to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions
