Required Qualifications:

- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with data transformation and cleansing

- Data engineering certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Peraton seeks a ETL/DATA Pipeline Engineer as a Lead Associate to support Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) with DCO AI Cyber Security Support.
Location:
Fort Meade, MD. In this role, you will develop and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data into enterprise storage systems supporting DCDC analytics.
- Design and implement ETL workflows using Airflow, NiFi, or similar
- Develop data transformation logic for schema compliance
- Integrate data from IoT streams, APIs, and legacy systems
- Implement data validation and quality checks
- Optimize pipeline performance and reliability
- Maintain data lineage tracking and documentation
