BCT LLC is seeking System Administrators to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have experience with Policy and/or a SIGINT background. In this position, you will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems, manage IT system infrastructure and related processes. You will support day-to-day operations, monitor and resolve problems for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

You will provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. You will communicate status to agency management and internal customers, support the dispatch system and hardware issues, configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, configure network components, and implement OS enhancements to improve reliability, security, and performance.

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
• Help users in accessing and using IT systems
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Maintain day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
• Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

• All Level 1 capabilities, plus in-depth troubleshooting of IT systems
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets
• Support the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems, install/load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, implementing OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

• All Level 2 capabilities, plus support the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware
• Possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration
• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional System Administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• One (1) year experience with modern operating systems and network architectures.
• One (1) year experience with Certification and Accreditation process, Architecture development and design, Risk Assessments and IA Metrics gathering.
• DoD 8570 CWIP Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I certification or higher is required.
