Mid-Level System Administrator

Overview

Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid‑Level System Administrator (SA) to join our intel team. The SA provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The SA manages IT system infrastructure and related processes, providing day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and more.

They provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution, and support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. The SA also supports dispatch systems and handles hardware problems, remains involved in resolution processes, configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components, implementing OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Ten (10) years' experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: $114,000 to $164,000
