Responsibilities
- Design, implement, monitor, and update applications supporting technology solutions.
- Manage and support applications and batch operations across environments.
- Maintain application availability, performance, and scalability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to applications and batch processes.
- Use monitoring tools to oversee application and infrastructure performance.
- Analyze, define problems, and develop data fixes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in information systems design.
- Minimum of 3 years as an application operations engineer on large-scale distributed applications.
