Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecommunications Technician III to support the 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring for the Enterprise Management Center / Global Enterprise Management (EMC/GEM). The role involves administering system monitoring, notifications, ticketing, logging, and reporting for supported systems, coordinating with ISP and GW GES watch staff, and performing router and switch updates for security actions.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems.
- Provide 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring, notifications, administrative support, logging, ticketing, and reporting.
- Coordinate with ISP, GW GES watch staff, customers, and support personnel for situational awareness and response to events.
- Perform router and switch updates in support of security actions.
- Associate’s degree (Arts or Science).
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Security+ with IAT Level 2 or higher.
- Active Top Secret/Sci with polygraph clearance required and able to obtain.
- US citizenship required.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
USA, MD – Annapolis Junction.
Shift: Sunday–Thursday 2 pm – 10 pm EST or Monday–Friday 2 pm – 10 pm EST. 40 hours per week. On‑site required; less than 10% travel.
CompensationLikely hourly rate: $39.11 – $47.15, subject to experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
