Join MANTECH and shape the future of defense with advanced tech and innovative solutions. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Service Now solutions as a motivated and customer-oriented Service Now Architect. This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities- Lead the architectural design and technical governance for the Service Now platform, ensuring total alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications utilizing JavaScript and Service Now APIs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to navigate system requirements, deliver quality technical solutions and ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Service Now solutions.
- Oversee system integrations and data flows between Service Now and external enterprise systems.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline development life cycles and platform administration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of Service Now projects.
