Join MANTECH as a Service Now Architect and shape the future of defense with advanced tech and innovative solutions. This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions.
Requirements- Lead the architectural design and technical governance for the Service Now platform.
- Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications utilizing JavaScript and Service Now APIs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to navigate system requirements.
- Oversee system integrations and data flows between Service Now and external enterprise systems.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline development life cycles and platform administration.
