Kentro is hiring for Senior Medical Logistics Business Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency and the Medical Logistics IT division. This role will support the MEDLOG IT PMO as it leads the charge to replace capabilities in legacy MEDLOG IT applications and fully implement Logi Cole . Upon reaching full operating capability, Logi Cole will roll all legacy medical logistics applications into a single, web-based application and provide an enterprise view of all logistics lines of business.
This role will be a pivotal part of the implementation of Logi Cole and the decommissioning of legacy applications - providing intuitive user interfaces, leveraging authoritative product and sourcing data, and fully integrating federal and industry partners.

Hybrid - Ft. Detrick, MD
Salary Range: $,000 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and validate business requirements for Logi Cole and DML ? ES core application roadmaps.
- Analyze end ? to ? end medical logistics workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide subject ? matter expertise on medical materiel management, supply chain operations, and readiness requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure business terminology, workflows, and data elements are accurately represented.
- Ensure proper use of authoritative, referential, and derived data across medical logistics applications.
- Identify data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies; recommend corrective actions.
- Support data mapping, lineage tracking, and integration analysis across systems.
- Conduct verification and validation (V&V) of functional and technical processes, participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Document defects, track resolution, and validate fixes.
- Leverage knowledge management techniques and resources to create capabilities and assets that enable the organization to exploit opportunities and reuse existing knowledge.
- Ensure knowledge products are accurate , accessible, and aligned with enterprise KM standards.
- Support training s and briefings at scheduled events (conferences, leadership engagement, etc . ).
- Leverage SAFe 6.0 methodologies:
- To ensure all features / enhancements are tested against clear, measurable acceptance criteria.
- To ensure continuous compliance using enterprise tools and standards that will create reuse, scalability, extensibility, innovation and alignment.
- Decompose roadmap elements into epics and features.
- Experience with federal supply chain, policies, processes and data
- Experience with Medical Logistics
- Post-secondary education
- M inimum of 10 years' relevant experience
- Experience developing strategic communications for senior federal leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Do W experience and / or familiarity strongly preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Travel may be required up to 10% based on project needs
- SAFe experience or certification
- Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust, Tier 2 Clearance
