Account Systems Administrator

Our work depends on Systems Technician III joining our team.
- Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
- Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts.
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
- Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
- Education:
Associates of Arts/Associates of Science - Required Experience:
3+ years of related experience - Required Technical
Skills:
Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry - Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
- Preferred

Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service - Location:
On Site - Certification: IAT Level 1
- Shift: Monday - Friday 7pm-3am
