Data Analyst, Product Designer
Overview

We seek a Technical Product Manager to bridge business, technology and customer needs to deliver scalable, high-quality insurance products. The role requires strong product judgement, technical depth, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
Responsibilities- Own product roadmaps (6+ months), key results and success measures driving end-to-end product delivery.
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements and MVPs.
- Write user stories, epics, features, and define clear acceptance criteria to drive solution and execution aligned to business outcomes and customer experiences.
- Ask strong product and technical questions to uncover risks, dependencies and opportunities.
- Partner closely with engineering to understand distributed system architecture, communication patterns (APIs, batches, messaging), and end-to-end system dependencies.
- Contribute to technical decisions/trade-offs with knowledge of cloud computing concepts, data flows, and databases.
- Identify and measure KPIs and adjust the roadmap as data dictates.
- Navigate Agile and Lean product development practices to deliver iteratively and efficiently.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across business, engineering, design and leadership with clear communication.
- Prioritize to balance customer value, technical feasibility and business impact.
- Use data to validate assumptions and inform decisions; operate in dependency-heavy environments.
- Basic
Qualification:
5+ years in product management, technical product management, or related role. - Experience owning and executing product roadmaps; driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Working knowledge of distributed system architecture, API design, cloud computing, databases and data models.
- Strong knowledge of analytics, reporting and BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design and Figma or similar tools.
- Ability to write and understand basic database queries for data-driven decisions and validations.
- Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred:
Insurance industry experience; knowledge of AI fundamentals and concepts (e.g., LLMs, recommendation systems) would be a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in technical fields such as software engineering or computer science.
