• Administer MS Exchange, data spillage compliance, and restoration of mailboxes.
• Administer and support Windows-based mission applications and hardware.
• Configure, maintain, and secure physical and virtual systems to STIG standards.
• Support system upgrades, backups, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless operations and mission success.
• Resolve technical issues using existing ticketing system and manage change requests.
• Maintain detailed documentation and asset inventories.
• Perform ACAS driven system remediations to exceed system compliance standards.
• Support cloud-based functions, integration, and ongoing Exchange Online migration.

• Active TS/SCI clearance in DISS.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience; additional experience may be considered.
• Security+ CE or IAT Level II certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Administrator of Microsoft Exchange Server and/or Enterprise Mailbox Services.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2008‑2022), MS Exchange Server, Active Directory, SCCM, and GPOs.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and migration skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with rack‑mounted servers, networking, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with virtual‑based servers and networking.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based servers, networking, and concepts.
