Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Information System Manager to support Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems. The position is part of a contract managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).

• Ensure cybersecurity for assigned programs, systems, and enclaves.
• Maintain and enforce cybersecurity measures and controls.
• Monitor systems for security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Support compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Respond to and mitigate cybersecurity threats and incidents.

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret or higher clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field with 3+ years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field with 7+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma with 9+ years of related experience.
