Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- Over 8+ years' experience in IT infrastructure working with Microsoft SharePoint, including architecting and implementing complex designs.
- At least one year of experience conforming to and testing for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level
AA (WCAG). - A desire for self‑development and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a sedentary office environment for several hours at a time.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including personal computers.
- Ability to perform limited physical activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience developing and modifying SharePoint applications using .NET, HTML, CSS, C#, and JavaScript.
- Experience in using Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
- Experience with Angular
JS, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, jQuery, and WebAPI/REST APIs (preferred). - Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level
AA. - Knowledge of the principles and practices of webpage development, design, and maintenance.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise systems using the most current version of SharePoint for on‑premises installations.
- Develop data access solutions using .NET framework libraries and SQL Server
2012 or higher. - Develop custom solutions using C# or VB, .NET, REST API, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- Create responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while maintaining WCAG
2.0 Level
AA standards. - Create and maintain development plans for a development team.
- Participate in the software development process following agile methodologies.
- Integrate custom applications with SharePoint Online.
- Implement and provide guidance for information architecture, taxonomy, and compliance of on‑premises SharePoint, including capacity planning, sizing, installations, configurations, and integrations.
- Plan and implement SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
- Maintain SharePoint farm setup and configuration according to current best practices.
- Identify and diagnose performance‑related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
