Responsibilities
- Analyze technical, engineering, business, and data processing issues to develop and implement effective solutions
- Support systems management, integration, and administration activities for computer systems and networks
- Evaluate system capabilities, workflows, and operational limitations to improve performance and efficiency
- Recommend and support implementation of commercially available software and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot system and network issues and provide technical support as needed
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- Associate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 4+ years of related experience
- High school diploma with 6+ years of related experience
- Active Secret clearance is required
