Overview
Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Software Developer to support Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems for naval and other government applications. The contract is managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).
Responsibilities- Research, design, develop, and maintain computer and network software applications.
- Analyze user requirements and develop software solutions to support operational and business needs.
- Enhance and update existing software capabilities to improve performance and functionality.
- Support integration of hardware and software systems and assist with technical specifications and requirements.
- Maintain and support databases and coordinate development activities with cross‑functional teams.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support as needed.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field with 3+ years of experience; OR Associate degree with 7+ years of experience; OR High School diploma with 9+ years of experience.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00. - Location:
Onsite, PAX River, Maryland. - Travel: 0–10%.
- Relocation assistance available.
Salary Range: $88,000 – $243,000 (range varies by level and experience).
