Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Management Analyst to support Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) for commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large craft, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed‑base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The contract is managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).
Responsibilities- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Design and refine systems, procedures, and workflows, including work simplification and measurement studies.
- Develop and maintain operations and procedures manuals to support management decision‑making.
- Track program and project status, schedules, and performance milestones.
- Apply established policies and procedures to support financial planning and reporting activities.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Hiring at multiple levels:
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- • Associate degree in business or a related field with 4+ years of related experience.
- • High school diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
- Active Secret clearance is required.

Salary Range$52,000 - $131,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)
