Torch Technologies – TARCES Computer User Support Specialist
Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Computer User Support Specialist to join our team supporting the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES). The role is based onsite at PAX River, Maryland and is part of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) contract.
Responsibilities- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate computer hardware and software systems.
- Install, configure, and support operating systems, electronic mail systems, and office productivity software.
- Provide technical support and resolve system-related issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or updates as needed.
- Support users with hardware, software, and system functionality issues.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Associate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 4+ years of related experience.
- High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
- Active Secret clearance is required.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite, PAX River, Maryland
Travel: 0–10%

Salary Range: $41,000 – $145,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
