- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Now Administrator/Developer.
- Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ten (10) years experience as SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II.
(CCNA – SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP) - Experience managing a self-hosted Service Now instance, including performing required upgrades to core Service Now applications.
- Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies.
- Service Now certifications are a plus (e.g., Administrator, Developer).
