Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Incident Manager to join their team at Adelphi, MD. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the service request queue, ensuring timely intake, assignment, escalation, and resolution of incidents. Critical to this role is the implementation of metrics-driven processes aimed at improving efficiency and service delivery.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active DoW Secret Clearance and have a degree or significant experience in IT or Service Desk environments.
