Computer Systems Analyst II Security Clearance

Overview

The Computer Systems Analyst II supports the U.S. Army by developing, documenting, and maintaining acquisition strategies, strategic plans, and formal program management documentation to guide capability development and modernization initiatives.

• Central point of contact for all coordination/integration/planning efforts between PEO and NEC, including end user account maintenance in the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) and ticket submission/management in the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) REMEDY ticketing system.
• Resolves NIPR (unclassified) and SIPR (classified) enterprise, hardware, and software technical issues, including system and end user account maintenance.
• Serves as Information Management Specialist in assisting the organization’s management of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) processes and resources to enable business and mission effectiveness.
• Proficient in using, deploying, administering, and configuring at the Army Enterprise Level the MS Office 2013 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project Pro, Visio), Windows 7 or above, Adobe Acrobat/Creative Cloud/Pro, Lotus Sametime Chat and MS Communicator, CISCO VPN client, McAfee security suite, and JAVA.
• Proficient in using, deploying, administering, and configuring network and non-network peripherals at the Army Enterprise Level (printers, docking stations, monitors, televisions, routers, switches) and other related equipment at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
• Supports analog and digital multi-line telephones.
• Supports CISCO virtual communication equipment including voice, video, and data networks, and related line infrastructure (LAN, telephone systems, facsimile systems, secure/non-secure telephone systems).
• Conduct IT Planning, including IT service level management, life cycle planning, new equipment fielding, teleconference services, wireless infrastructure, and mission systems support.
• Provide Information Assurance by enforcing Information Assurance/Computer Network Defense policies and procedures in accordance with NEC direction, accreditations, waivers, and related programs (CONS, APMS, IA training).

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
• Eight (8) years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions, and in the application of information technology.
• Secret Clearance.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000. This range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
