Bridge Defense seeks a highly qualified All Source Analyst to support a rotating‑shift analyst role at Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling supporting intelligence collection, analysis, and product development to ICD 203 standards. Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience authoring DoD product lines for senior policymakers. The schedule follows a 5‑week rotation cycling through days, swings, and nights, with one admin/recovery week and one on‑call week built in.

• Support developing and coordinating key lines of effort focused on the problem set
• Build POAMs, determine projects’ objectives and scope, schedule and assess projects' success, facilitate working groups, communicate with senior leadership, and leverage skills in analytic or planning methodologies
• Employ intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD
• Develop campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
• Assist with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process
• Find faster, better ways for the agency to work together

• Experience in a Joint Staff or COCOM
• Knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System
• Ability towork independently, meet short deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and develop andmaintainrelationships across the IC, DoD, and partners
• Ability tofacilitateplanning, prioritization, and synchronization of client activities to achieve effects that gain and sustain military advantage
• Bachelor’s degreeand2+ years of experience in intelligence planning, or6+ years of experience in intelligence planning in lieu of a degree

• PMP Certification; or Intelligence Planning Certifications such as JAWS, IPC I, or IPC II Certification

• Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40 hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.
